Meghan Colleen Sloop-Raymer, 29 of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.

She was born January 08, 1991 a daughter to William R. Sloop and Tiffany Gregory-Sloop in Kirksville, Missouri. On January 21, 2017 Meghan was united in marriage to Kaleb D. Raymer.

She is survived by her husband, Kaleb of Kirksville, Missouri; four children, Keegan Hoover, Kinslea Hoover, Journey Sloop and Rayleigh Raymer; parents, William and Tiffany Sloop of Queen City, Missouri; one sister, Paige (Frank) Eaton of Macon, Missouri; two brothers, Zachary (Ashlee) of Kirksville, Missouri and Jeff (Ashley) Martin of Hawaii; aunt, Sherry Sloop of Kirksville, Missouri along with numerous friends.

Meghan was a young vibrant daughter, devoted wife, proud mother, an exuberant giver who believed in living life to the fullest. She was a lover and when she loved, she loved hard and to the fullest. She was fearless, fun, intelligent and gifted with words.

Meghan enjoyed being a girly girl, doing her hair, painting her nails and perfecting her flawless makeup but also enjoyed being a bit of a tomboy. She like to get her hand dirty occasionally, either it be picking up snakes, fishing with her dad, or teaching her children how to fish. She loved the outdoors with summer being her favorite season. She loved the water and enjoyed being able to swim and play with her children.

Through the gift of kidney donation, in honor of her father and serve as a reminder to her children, that she was a giver and she lives on.through the life of others. Meghan’s death is no different than her life... through organ donation, her final act of love and giving has brought the gift of life upon two others.
