The last time I saw my mom she was so excited to have White Castle for dinner. People thought we were crazy to be so excited to have white castle. My mom and i both agreed that you can find a better burger, but to us it is about family and tradition. Anytime we visited my Granny we had to stop and get tons of white castle and everyone would come over and we would sit and visit and catch up while eating white castle. White Castle tastes like home.

Erin and I had several adventures together thanks to our parents' love of travel and thirst for knowledge. We visited many states. Their National Parks, landmarks and museums.. We did corny roadside attractions and fun filled amusement parks. We learned more during our 2 week vacations with mom and dad than we did all year in school. This is where you all get your love of camping from! So when I came across the photo of us in Florida last night, I had to laugh. The first thing I thought of was the jet boat ride. I don't remember if this was an attraction in Disneyworld, or one that was in the area. But it was a jet boat ride with little 2 seater 12' jet boats that you could ride freely in this huge lagoon. Erin was just tall enough to ride by herself. I was too short so had to have dad ride with so I could drive the boat. So I'm like 3 times the weight in the boat, barely moving, and Erin's out there zipping across the lagoon, doing circles around me and dad just laughing, splashing us! It was hilarious
